Encountering many comments like that, Almira Berto doesn't bother about it. Fortunately, she can withstand all the comments and criticisms from others.
"Often looked down upon, maybe because I'm a DJ," said Almira Berto when contacted by the media, Monday (17/6).
"But you shouldn't judge people by their appearance. As for retaliation, no, I never even respond, even if I'm criticized," she added.
When asked further about her reasons for diving into the DJ world, Almira admitted that music has been her passion since forever. She is happy to pursue a job she enjoys.
"I've always liked it, but if you have good intentions and goals, the job will come to you," she said.
In addition, Almira believes that her profession as a DJ has led her to achieve various accomplishments.
She also expressed that she does not feel any competition due to a healthy work environment.
"Alhamdulillah, it's more than enough at my current age of 21. As for competition, I feel that sustenance has its own measure, there is already someone who determines it," she concluded.
