Being a Food Delivery Person in America While a Public Figure in Indonesia, Terry Putri Feels Like Living in Two Worlds

Kapanlagi.com - Recently, there was a lot of attention on the confession of artist Terry Putri who has been working as a food delivery person while living in the United States. She took on this side job after completing her duties as a wife.

Now, Terry has returned to Indonesia because her tourist visa needs to be renewed every six months. As soon as she resumed her activities as a public figure in Jakarta, she felt like she was living in two worlds.

"I feel like I'm living in two worlds. In Indonesia, I live in the spotlight, filming here and there, running various businesses. But in America, I am a food delivery person," said Terry when met in the Mampang Prapatan area, South Jakarta, recently.

1. Let Go of the Artistic Attributes

While in the United States following her husband who was working, Terry Putri completely let go of her attributes as a public figure. No one recognized her except for those who ordered food who were Indonesian.

"I really let everything go there, just to live a colorful life. If I meet Indonesians, someone might recognize me, but not the foreigners. I felt like waiting in a restaurant watching people eat," said Terry.

2. Starting Work at Three in the Afternoon

During her time as a food delivery person in the United States, Terry Putri started her work from three in the afternoon until night. She did this intentionally so that she could still manage her household optimally.

"Since there’s no maid, I start at three in the afternoon until nine at night or midnight. After taking care of my husband, the house, and everything else, then I go out," Terry emphasized.
