Amel Carla is one of the bridesmaids at Aaliyah Massaid and Thariq Halilintar's wedding. She admitted to being surprised when Aaliyah asked her to be one of the bridesmaids on that special day.
When met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Friday afternoon (7/5), Amel said that she is not the only bridesmaid for the wedding.

No wonder Amel suspects that her friend's wedding will definitely be a grand celebration. Â
"Surprised, because it's my wedding and I didn't expect her to have bridesmaids since she has a lot of friends and their weddings are usually big. Then suddenly I was invited to a group by some other people," said Amel Carla.
Amel believes that Thariq and Aaliyah are a compatible couple. Therefore, it is not surprising that their romantic relationship ended happily at the wedding.
"They are a perfect match, alhamdulillah they truly complement each other. Thariq is patient, Aal is also patient, they understand each other and I think that's important in a relationship," she said.
In addition, Amel Carla also mentioned that she actually knows Aaliyah Massaid better.
They have been friends for a long time and have been under the same management.
"I've known Aal since we were kids, we used to be under the same management, that's why we're really close," she explained.
"But we rarely meet. I also got to know Thariq through Aal," she added.
