Between Focusing on Breastfeeding or Losing Weight, Which One Does Syahnaz Sadiqah Prioritize?

Kapanlagi.com - On January 3rd, Syahnaz Sadiqah and Jeje Govinda are happily welcoming their twin babies. Being born as twins, it certainly makes Syahnaz and Jeje become vigilant parents.

When meeting with Syahnaz and Jeje, both happened to be in Studio 41, South Jakarta on Monday (24/2/2020). They appeared affectionate and harmonious at that time.

Syahnaz also admitted that she is currently enjoying taking care of Zayn and Zunaira. The wife of Jeje Govinda also announced that she is focusing on providing breastfeeding.

1. Focus on Giving Breast Milk

As a mother, of course, there is a hope to exclusively breastfeed the baby. Syahnaz also admitted that she wants to focus on giving breast milk to her twin children.

When asked about the condition of Zayn and Zunaira, Syahnaz answered, "Alhamdulillah, it's still going smoothly, hopefully the breast milk continues."

"For me, the plan is to give breast milk for one or two years. But 6 months of exclusive breastfeeding is already a blessing. I'll try my best for now, just pray that the breast milk goes well," she added.

2. Diet Plan

After giving birth, Syahnaz admitted that there is currently no plan to lose weight. This is because she is still busy taking care of her two children with Jeje.

"No, I haven't focused on weight loss because I'm still struggling with breastfeeding. Having two children requires a lot of effort," said Syahnaz, "I'll deal with it later."

When asked if Jeje demands anything, the wife answered, "No, he's actually the one who eats a lot. Because it really affects the amount of breast milk I produce, if I don't eat enough, there will be less breast milk."
