Bigmo Unveils the Struggle 'Behind The Scene' for Azizah Salsha's Forgiveness

Getting forgiveness from Nurul Azizah Rosiade or Azizah Salsha turned out to be not an easy matter for the celebrity Muhammad Jannah alias Bigmo. After being reported to the Bareskrim Polri for alleged defamation, Bigmo had to make various extra efforts to win the heart of the ex-wife of footballer Pratama Arhan.

Not just mere words in front of the camera, there was a long struggle that he did behind the scenes. Bigmo admits that during this case, he felt very burdened and anxious because his actions had hurt the feelings of the Zize family.

"If it's possible, I can explain a little. First, regarding the initial content, for every content during this case, it seems like every two or three months, I always apologized and explained that what my brother conveyed was no longer in accordance with the existing facts," he said when met in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta, on Monday (13/4/2026).

Bigmo explained that consistency in apologizing is the main key to why the door to reconciliation finally opened. In addition to continuously clarifying on social media, Bigmo also took a brave step by stopping his streaming activities for a full month.

This is done as a form of self-reflection and respect for the aggrieved party. He does not want to appear to be having fun while his legal issues have not found clarity.

"Secondly, I also haven’t streamed for a month, and that’s not because I was told to or anything, I just feel it’s less ethical to be in a position of guilt and then have to laugh or do something, it just feels less ethical. And thirdly, there are many behind-the-scenes efforts that perhaps one day cannot be told, but there are many behind-the-scenes efforts," Bigmo stated.

4. Continuing to Attempt to Contact Zize's Close Friends

"Not only moving on his own, Bigmo also tried to reach out to Azizah Salsha's close friends. He hopes his apology message can be conveyed more personally through the circle of friends or mutual friends they have. He is taking every possible route to get a second chance from the daughter of politician Andre Rosiade.

"Coincidentally, there are several mutual friends with Kak Zize, so I am taking every possible path," he added.

The background of this case indeed heated up when the content created by Bigmo was considered to spread hoaxes and defamation against Azizah. Zize, feeling that her reputation was tarnished, did not remain silent and immediately brought the matter to legal channels. However, Bigmo's persistence over the months turned out to touch Zize's heart.

Now, after the official report has been withdrawn, Bigmo feels like he has been given a new lease on life. He learned that the courage to admit mistakes is far more valuable than maintaining one’s ego. For him, being forgiven by Azizah's extended family is a tremendous gain compared to material things.

This reconciliation process was concluded with a warm meeting between the families at the Minang family secretariat office. There, Bigmo directly conveyed his apology in front of Azizah's parents.
