"So the parties are unable to attend, our client Raiden is also unable to attend. So today's trial only requested the legal panel to bring our client. So the next trial will be held next Sunday, September 6, 2021,"
"Yes, we are making efforts to have our client attend the trial as requested by the judges," said Bernard Pasaribu after the trial on Monday (30/8/2021).
When asked about the reason why Raiden Soedjono did not attend Bernard Pasaribu's trial, he refused to provide any information regarding the matter.
"Indeed, there are obligations according to the constitution, according to our regulations, but because they are still unavailable. We will make an effort for our client. If that's the reason, please ask the principal directly about it, there are various reasons," he said.
Previously reported, Tyas Mirasih officially married Raiden Soedjono at Plataran Cilandak, South Jakarta, on Saturday (8/7/2017). During their four years of marriage, Tyas Mirasih and Raiden Soedjono were very harmonious. There were no negative rumors in their household.
After four years of marriage, Tyas Mirasih and Raiden Soedjono have not been blessed with any children. Tyas Mirasih's husband, Raiden Soedjono, filed for divorce at the South Jakarta Religious Court on August 3, 2021, through ecourt. Raiden Soedjono's divorce petition against Tyas Mirasih is registered with case number 2663/PDT.G/2021/PA.JS.
