Kapanlagi.com - Apparently, the pandemic did not deter the good intentions of Putra Siregar to continue sharing. After previously setting a MURI record for slaughtering the most sacrificial animals in his own name two years ago, this year entrepreneur and content creator Putra Siregar broke his own record again.

When met in the Condet area, East Jakarta, on Tuesday (20/7), Putra explained how tight the preparations for his sacrifice were. This year, Putra Siregar slaughtered 1,100 sacrificial animals that were distributed to 1,100 mosques throughout Indonesia.

"This is new again, at first, I didn't think about breaking the MURI record again, but this wouldn't be possible without an extraordinary team. So, I am very grateful to my team, although I can't mention each of their names because I am getting busier and busier, so I didn't think that there would be a MURI record for such a crazy sacrifice," said Putra Siregar.

"We contacted the most sacrificial animals for the MURI record on H-1 or H-2, it was really a deadline because we didn't think about it. When we contacted the most sacrificial animals, it was 1,000, even from institutions or companies, and finally we used personal names for the sacrifice, alhamdulillah, 1,100 animals, and they are spread across 476 districts and mosques throughout Indonesia," he continued.

1. Not Hesitant to Sacrifice a Lot

Putra Siregar is not hesitant to sacrifice a lot this year because he feels concerned seeing many mosques that do not hold sacrifices because no one is willing to sacrifice considering the current situation of the Covid 19 pandemic. Therefore, Putra Siregar is moved to share on this special day.

"First, we realize that the situation is getting more difficult, we see it ourselves from the cutting process, there are many residents who are enthusiastic, but there are many reports from mosques that usually have sacrifices, but now only 2 or 3 animals, even many reports from mosques or prayer rooms that have no sacrificial animals, especially in this situation," he said.

2. Breaking His Own Record

Meanwhile, Muri representative, Andre Purwadono explained the Muri record that was broken by Putra Siregar. Andre said, Putra Siregar has successfully broken his own record.

"So, the record recorded by Bang Putra today is actually an upgrade from last year because last year Bang Putra had performed the sacrifice of sacrificial animals in 100 mosques and this year he successfully broke his own record," said Andre Purwadono.
