Kapanlagi.com - Several legal representatives of Hotma Sitompul who handled his case with Desiree Tarigan were suspended by the Honorary Council of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi) in Jakarta. That is what Hotman Paris Hutapea said after attending the Peradi verdict hearing held on Wednesday (29/9/2021).

It is known that Hotman Paris reported Hotma Sitompul's legal representatives, namely Partahi Sihombing, Muara Karta, and Tommy Sihotang, to Peradi. The reason is that Hotman is accused of using foul language while accompanying his client, Desiree Tarigan.

"I reported four people. Because Hotma is the principal in the case, he is not punished. The ones who are punished are his lawyers, I heard clearly that Partahi Sihombing is suspended for three months, while Muara Karta is suspended for six months," said Hotman Paris.

"So, brother Partahi, Muara Karta, Tommy Sihotang, you should thank me. I have never seen you on TV. After this, because of Hotman Paris' popularity, you will often appear on TV. You should be grateful to me," added Hotman.

Not only that, Hotman Paris is also referred to as a 'kaleng rombeng' lawyer by Hotma Sitompul's legal team. Of course, Hotman Paris is furious about the statements made by some of Hotma Sitompul's lawyers. Hotman asks the suspended lawyer from Peradi to repent immediately.

"Another thing, you stated that I am a 'kaleng rombeng', a trader of underwear. They said that in the year 2000, Hotman was still digging me up. In the year 2000, my personal assistant was also a famous artist. I remained calm because Hotman is indeed too popular, with many clients, compared to you. Now you have been punished by Peradi, please repent," said Hotman.

2. Verdict Hearing

The Honorary Council of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) in DKI Jakarta has just held a verdict hearing regarding Hotma Sitompul's complaint against Hotman Paris, who is alleged to have violated the code of ethics while being the lawyer for Desiree Tarigan, Bams' mother from the former band Samsons, on Wednesday (29/9/2021).

In the virtual trial, Hotman Paris as the defendant was declared not guilty of the alleged violation of the code of ethics, which was complained by Hotma Sitompul.
