For example, we were arguing, and then his hand flew towards my face. It wasn't strong, it was a slap, but not strong. I was surprised," Kesha said.

After the assault, the ex felt guilty and apologized to Kesha. Because she still loved him, this soap opera actress forgave him and took him back.

However, it turns out that the violence committed by the ex did not stop there. After that, there were several more instances of assault against Kesha.

"On the street, he even threatened me. He wanted to commit suicide, he felt guilty for doing such things. I sympathize with him, because I love him. I asked him to calm down first. But I didn't want to bother, so I went to sleep. At that time, I hadn't entered the picture yet, so I didn't care if he wanted to commit suicide," she said.

"Different opinions, he hit me. He has a temper. In my opinion, he's a bit bipolar. Because his mood changes very quickly. Then I left him, and I went to sleep. The next morning, he was already in front of my house. He was begging, and when we made up, he promised he wouldn't repeat it. I thought it was just accidental, maybe he was emotional. Until it started becoming verbally abusive. He spoke harshly. After a month, it became routine," Kesha continued.

In the 8th month of dating, the violence committed by the ex-boyfriend was even worse. At that time, their status was in a broken condition and Kesha was walking with another guy.

Apparently, the ex-boyfriend found out and started interrogating. When he finally got the answer that she was indeed walking with another guy, the ex-boyfriend got angry and committed violence again.

"He stepped on her neck. It wasn't really stepping, more like holding her down so he could hit her again. I could only cry. It happened at my friend's house. Someone heard it, but they didn't see it. They thought we were joking. In front of this person (witness), show that nothing happened. I was taken to the car. In the car, he spat on me, he said that women shouldn't behave like that. I was shocked, felt like I was dreaming, felt like I was floating. I was taken to Sentul, he bought me snacks, then suddenly he was nice, apologized. He kissed me, he said 'Don't behave like that again in the future'," she recalled.

Kesha mentioned that what she did was because at that time she was still a love slave, or 'bucin'. Because she still loved him, she couldn't see that her ex's nature was something dangerous.

"If now there's no excuse. Back then, being bucin, it didn't matter. He insulted me. Back then, I didn't think it was wrong. Because back then I didn't understand, oh this is his way of expressing himself. Is this good or bad for me, is it dangerous? I didn't know, turns out it was dangerous," she said.

She also told her parents and aunt about this. The family cried hearing her story, but still treated her ex kindly.

Kesha did distance herself from her ex, but then they got back together. His ex's behavior was said to have improved, but it turns out God separated them. Kesha is now engaged to someone else named Adhi and is happy.
