Capture Virgoun and His Female Friend, Police Secure Evidence in the Form of a Small Clip of Methamphetamine and a Smoking Device

Kapanlagi.com - It is known that the police have arrested musician Virgoun in connection with a suspected drug abuse case. In the arrest that took place on June 20, 2024, at a boarding house in the Ampera area, South Jakarta, around one in the morning, Virgoun was apprehended along with a woman identified as PA.

During the arrest, several pieces of evidence were successfully secured. There was a small clip of methamphetamine and a smoking device found by the authorities.

"The evidence we obtained is methamphetamine, there is a small clip of methamphetamine and a smoking device," said AKBP Indrawienny Panjiyoga, the Head of the Narcotics Unit of West Jakarta Metro Police, when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Friday (21/6).

For now, Virgoun and his female friend are still being further examined. This is done to investigate the origin of the illegal goods.

"Meanwhile, the two individuals are still undergoing questioning regarding where the evidence was obtained," he said.

"Currently, our team is still in the field for the development of this case," he added.

In addition, the police have not been able to confirm the relationship between Virgoun and the woman with the initials PA. One thing for sure, the woman is not from the artist community.

"Until now, we are still conducting an investigation. Once our investigation is complete, the details will be announced directly in a press release by the police chief," he explained.
