"Whoever intentionally takes the life of another person, because of guilt, shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of fifteen years."
Meanwhile, Article 340 of the Indonesian Penal Code states:
"Whoever intentionally and premeditatedly takes the life of another person shall be punished for premeditated murder, with the penalty of death or life imprisonment or temporary imprisonment for a maximum of twenty years."

However, Galih explained that the child of Sule did not mention the person he reported. Therefore, the authorities need to follow up on the case. An autopsy has also been conducted, and we are just waiting for the results to come out.
"But the report does not mention the perpetrator. That's why the police are following up on the basis of the report," Galih added.
It does take a lot of time in the autopsy process. It's no wonder that the announcement of Lina's autopsy results took quite a long time. It takes at least around 14 days since the autopsy process was conducted.
"It is still being analyzed by the investigators. Then it will be discussed with Puslabfor (Center for Forensic Laboratory)," said Kabid Humas Polda Jabar Kombes Saptono Erlangga Waskitoroso.
