Chelsea Olivia Experiences Contractions But Afraid to Go to the Hospital Because of Corona

Like other pregnant women, the wife of Glenn Alisnkie admitted that she is afraid to go for check-ups to the doctor.

"Certainly, many pregnant women out there feel the same difficulty in going to the doctor," said Chelsea Olivia to Kapanlagi some time ago.

1. Experiencing Contractions But Afraid to Go to the Hospital

Even though she had experienced contractions for five consecutive days, she was afraid to go to the hospital. She could only consult with the doctor through text messages. 

"So, I had contractions for almost five consecutive days and it didn't stop. I couldn't go to the doctor. So, I WhatsApp the doctor, and the doctor only prescribed medication. It was so difficult," said Chelsea Olivia.

"Let me explain, when I was pregnant with Nastusha, if I had a slight fever or cough, I could immediately see the doctor comfortably. But during this second pregnancy, I had contractions for days and had to wait until it was really serious, you know, until it was critical," she continued.

2. Hoping to Give Birth Peacefully

She hopes and always prays that by the time she gives birth, the coronavirus pandemic will be over. So that she can give birth peacefully and comfortably without any fear of going to the hospital anymore.

"That's why I always say, if asked about my hopes, my hope is for this pandemic to end quickly, for the vaccine to come out quickly, so hopefully when it's time for me to give birth, I can do it comfortably, you know, without any fear," said Chelsea Olivia.

"Now, the fear is not about giving birth anymore, but because oh my god, I have to give birth at the hospital where I will meet a lot of people, you know, like that. So, the paranoia is really intense, please pray for me," she concluded.
