Chika Appears as a Witness in the Divorce Trial of Puput Pujiarti and Doddy Sudrajat?

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce lawsuit filed by Roy Pujiarti alias Puput against Doddy Sudrajat resumed today (4/4/2022). Held at the Central Jakarta Religious Court, the agenda for this trial is evidence and witnesses.

The witness brought by Puput Pujiarti's party is a woman named Irma. The figure who also doubles as Chika's manager is used as a witness because she has been friends with both parties for a long time.

1. Is Chika a Witness in the Trial?

When the trial was about to begin, Chika was seen entering the courtroom to accompany Irma. However, the lawyers denied that Chika was a witness because she is still underage.

"We are not trying to make Chika a witness, she is just accompanying Mbak Irma. We cannot bring her as a witness because she is still a minor," said Abdul Qodir Batubara, the legal representative, on the same occasion.

2. Questions About Children

During her testimony in a closed court session, Irma Rachim answered several questions from the judges. The questions were about the child of Puput Pujiarti and Doddy Sudrajat named Aisyahqilla Nareshwari Dewi Ramadhani.

"I was just a witness about the child, the youngest child. Because the youngest child is very close to her mother and father," said Irma after the trial.

3. Prepare One More Witness

The next hearing of the divorce case filed by Puput Pujiarti will be held on April 11, 2022. The agenda is to listen to the testimony of a witness from the plaintiff's side.

"The next hearing will listen to testimony from the plaintiff's witness. We will prepare one person as a witness. We cannot tell you who it is yet," said Abdul Qodir Batubara.

4. Fighting for Custody of the Child

Puput Pujiarti and Doddy Sudrajat were married in 2016. At the time of their marriage, they were both widowed and had children from previous marriages.

From her marriage with Doddy, Puput was blessed with one daughter. It is this child whose custody is being fought for by the stepmother of the late Vanessa Angel.
