Child Confirms That the Deceased Henky Solaiman's Body Will Be Cremated and the Ashes Will Be Disposed of at Sea

Kapanlagi.com - The departure of senior actor Henky Kurniawan still leaves a great sorrow for the public, especially the family. After being unreachable on the day of the deceased's departure, Verdi, the beloved child, finally met with the media on Saturday (16/5).

On that occasion, Verdi recounted the chronology of his father's death, as well as the history of the illness he suffered. The 45-year-old man also confirmed that his father's body will not be buried, but will be cremated.

"That's right (cremated). So, since I was in high school, my dad often talked about it. When the time comes, he wants to be cremated and his ashes to be disposed of at sea. We have been talking about it since we were little. So, we follow his wishes," said Verdi when met at the Husada Funeral Home, Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta, on Saturday (16/5/2020).

1. Reasons for the Deceased's Desire to be Cremated

According to Verdi, his late father was a very active person during his lifetime. That is why the deceased had a greater hope for his body to be cremated rather than buried in the ground.

"It seems possible that he didn't like being inside the ground. He preferred to be free in the open sea. He was not someone who liked to stay still, maybe in the sea he could go anywhere," continued Verdi.

2. Where Will the Ashes be Disposed?

The question is, where will the ashes of the late Henky be disposed of? For now, the family is still discussing it.

"I don't know yet. It seems like he wanted it to be in the sea, a recreational sea," concluded Verdi.
