Chronology of Calvin Dores's Debt Reportedly Reaching Hundreds of Millions, Starting From Buying a Big Motorcycle

It all started from Calvin's desire to buy a big motorcycle owned by one of his friends, and eventually the situation became more complicated because Calvin also failed to pay off the motorcycle installments.

1. Calvin Buys a Big Motorcycle

Calvin at that time bought a big motorcycle from a friend named Adit. At that time, Adit posted an advertisement on social media that he would sell his motorcycle.

"Calvin was interested in buying my motorcycle. Then, he persuaded me, negotiated, and we agreed on the price. Then he said, I will pay for this motorcycle when my father agrees. And that's when I found out that Calvin is the son of the late Deddy Dores," said Adit on the Rumpi Trans TV show a while ago.

2. Bring a Car as Collateral

Adit explained that Calvin, who at that time did not have any money, temporarily used his car as collateral, and then brought the motorcycle to convince his father to approve it.

"Calvin was interested in buying my motorcycle. Then, he persuaded me, negotiated, and we agreed on the price. Then he said, I will pay for this motorcycle when my father agrees. And that's when I found out that Calvin is the son of the late Deddy Dores," said Adit.

3. Calvin Still Doesn't Have Money

Calvin promised to pay off the payment after two weeks after Eid. However, when Calvin was asked for payment, he claimed that he still didn't have money. And he still left his car at Adit's house.

"What happened next, after 2 weeks when I asked, 'Vin, what's going on? The car is not taken? What about my motorcycle?' Calvin reasoned that his dad still didn't have money, until it dragged on, one month I confirmed, two months I confirmed still nothing," he concluded.

4. Sell Car to Pay Off Motorcycle

Finally, Calvin sold the car that he temporarily entrusted at Adit's house. And from the sale proceeds, some were used to pay the agreed price of the motorcycle.

"So after the car was taken, at that time I was given money after the car was taken. The amount was 50 million, and the following month I was given 10 million, but it still hasn't been paid off from the agreed price," explained Adit.

"Until finally the car was sold, but I still haven't received the payment. Until it dragged on," he continued.

5. Motor Has Changed Hands

After the debt problem dragged on, Adit said that he lost contact with Calvin. And when he met Calvin again and intended to take his motorcycle, it turned out that the motorcycle was no longer in Calvin's possession.

"When I confirmed with Calvin and wanted to take the motorcycle to sell it to someone else, Calvin claimed that the motorcycle was no longer in his hands and had been transferred again. So the matter became more complicated," he said.

And the debt is still unpaid until now. Even the royalties Calvin received for his father's song immediately went towards paying off the debt.
