1. Initial Meeting at the Coffee Event

Putry Poyz first met Aldy Maldini at the opening of a café owned by Erika Carlina. Although they only met once, the interaction was enough to open further communication on social media between Putry and Aldy.

Some time later, on June 15, 2024, Aldy contacted Putry via Instagram message. In his message, he invited Putry to participate in a donation activity that he mentioned was regularly done by fans, which involved distributing food to street performers.

2. Aldy Invites to Donate for Street Performers

Through a screenshot of the conversation shared by Putry, it is evident that Aldy encouraged Putry's participation in the donation activity. He mentioned that donations could start from the amount of Rp 50 thousand and asked Putry to spread the invitation to his friends.

Putry, who initially offered a donation of Rp 500 thousand, was then asked by Aldy to increase the amount to Rp 1 million so that the total donation could be closed. "If you can and want to round it up to Rp 1 million, making it Rp 5 million, so I can close it hehe," Aldy wrote in his message.

3. Donation Money Sent Without Checking Its Validity

Without thinking twice, Putry immediately sent Rp 1 million to Aldy as a form of participation in the social activity. She did not have time to verify the truth of the said activity because she felt her initial intention was purely to help.

In her post, Putry explained that she often helps people without having to publicize it on social media. She believes that since Aldy is still within her circle of friends, there is no reason to be suspicious or question the donation further.

4. Aldy Borrowed Money, Claiming to Go to Singapore

Five days after the donation, on June 20, 2024, Aldy contacted Putry again, but this time to ask for a loan of Rp 4 million. The reason was for his trip to Singapore, and he promised to return it after coming back to Indonesia on the 25th.

Putry felt uncomfortable because their relationship was not that close, and she wondered why Aldy dared to borrow a large amount of money from someone she had just met. Nevertheless, she eventually decided to lend Rp 3 million on the condition of a barter for promoting her electronic cigarette products.

5. Promotion Does Not Come, Aldy Hard to Contact

After receiving the money, Aldy went missing for several months without fulfilling his promise to promote Putry's product. This made Putry increasingly suspicious and feel wronged, especially since there was no clear communication from Aldy's side.

Aldy finally fulfilled his promotional promise after three months had passed. Putry mentioned that she actually prefers to give freely rather than lend money, but in Aldy's case, she chose a barter system as a form of accountability.
