When the media asked about the results of the witness examination, Menteng Police Criminal Investigation Unit Chief Inspector Ghozali Luhulima revealed that before his death, Marco, who is also the younger brother of Angela Gilsha, had consumed alcoholic beverages. According to the testimony, he consumed a considerable amount of the drink.
Menteng Police Criminal Investigation Unit Chief Inspector Ghozali Luhulima also explained the chronology of events based on the examination of witnesses who were Marco Panari's friends. It all started with an invitation from a female friend to drink in an apartment in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta, on Friday afternoon (29/1/2021).
"On Friday, he was called by his female friend. Then she asked him to come to the apartment on the fourth floor. After he arrived at the apartment at 7:30 pm, he drank (with) three female friends," said Ghozali when contacted by phone on Wednesday (3/2/2021).
"After drinking until two in the morning, because another friend came, they moved to an apartment in South Jakarta, and then returned to the apartment on the fourth floor," he added.

After being in an apartment in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta, Marco Panari started drinking alcohol again. He was even warned by his friends not to drink anymore.
"After going there again (the fourth floor apartment), he drank again, but his friends prohibited him. After that, they ordered food and the female friends went to sleep. Then, around 11 o'clock (noon), they woke up, and this victim was still sleeping, still drunk," explained the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Menteng Police, Commissioner Ghozali Luhulima.
"(When the female friend intended to go home), then she asked her friend to check on him. After checking, Marco was unconscious. Then they tried to take him to the hospital. The female friend called her mother and informed her that the victim was unconscious," he added.
