Cinta Laura Closes 2025 with 7 Days of Buddha Meditation in Thailand, Seeking Inner Peace

Cinta Laura shared her reflective experience spending the last seven days at the end of 2025 meditating at a Buddhist meditation center in Northern Thailand. It was not just a vacation; in her long and personal post, Cinta expressed that she chose to spend that time in silence.

Not going alone, Cinta Laura was accompanied by her boyfriend, Arya Vasco, during the 7 days of meditation away from the hustle and bustle of the entertainment world and the demands of modern life.

"I chose to spend the last 7 days of this year in silence, at a meditation center in Northern Thailand," wrote Cinta in her post.

She emphasized that her decision is not related to any religion or belief system, but rather stems from the universal human need to train the mind to find peace and happiness from within.

During those seven days, Cinta sat in meditation with people from various backgrounds, countries, and life stories. Despite their differences, they were united by one common thing: the desire to pause for a moment.

According to Cinta, in a world that continues to worship speed, achievement, and relentless ambition, people often forget that stopping is actually a key component to true success.

Love explains that by stopping thoughts, one can quell inner noise, clear mental chaos, and create space for clarity, strength, and self-resilience.

From that point, one becomes more prepared to face difficulties, uncertainties, and life's challenges in a healthier and more conscious way.

Even while undergoing a profound spiritual experience, Love honestly admits that she has not reached the perfect stage of 'Dhamma.' "That takes years, maybe lifetimes," she reveals. However, what matters most to her is the decision to choose herself for the first time in the last five years, after long living under unhealthy mental pressure from constantly forcing herself.

One of the most impactful and memorable moments for Cinta was the teaching of a monk who asked, "World war or world peace. What’s the difference?" and then answered, "It all starts from human thought." From there, Cinta realized that many people are busy wanting to improve the world, but forget to nurture the source of everything: human thought, which if left wild can give birth to chaos, yet if trained with full awareness can cultivate compassion and wisdom.
