Cinta Laura's Fun Moments Cooking Pepes Fish with Arya Vasco, Delicious Even Though It Doesn't Look Perfect

Cinta Laura once again showcased her cooking activities through the content MBG: My Boss's Cooking. The presence of Arya Vasco made this cooking session feel more relaxed and interactive. This moment became a highlight because Cinta was not cooking alone as usual. She involved Arya directly in every step of making the pepes ikan.

Before starting to cook, Arya Vasco first mentioned one by one the ingredients that would be used. From fish to various spices, everything was mentioned correctly. This made Cinta look surprised because Arya understood all the necessary ingredients. This initial process went smoothly before moving on to the cooking stage.

After all the ingredients are ready, Cinta and Arya proceed to the stage of sautéing the spices. At this stage, Cinta hands over the entire cooking process to Arya. Arya goes through the process without showing any objections. 

After being sautéed, all the spices are put into a blender to be blended. This step is taken so that the spices have a smoother texture.

The blended spices are then cooked again until they are done. This stage is preparation before the spices are used on the fish.

The next step is to burn the banana leaves over the stove until they release a fragrant aroma. Cinta again asks Arya to perform this process. Arya immediately does it and prepares the banana leaves as wrappers for the pepes. The banana leaves are then ready to be used.

Mackerel fish is placed on banana leaves and then smeared with cooked spices. This process is done together by Cinta and Arya.

Cinta also adds spinach to the pepes. This addition aims to increase the fiber in the dish being prepared.

After all the ingredients are arranged, the banana leaves are rolled and secured so that the fish does not fall during steaming. However, Arya's wrapping method makes the pepes loose.

When the steaming process is finished, Arya's fish comes out of the banana leaves because the wrapping is not strong enough.
