The skin problem that occurred on her face and neck led Olla to seek help on Instagram. After trying various products without success, Olla Ramlan immediately contacted her friend, Dr. Reza Gladys.
"When I asked for help, it may have seemed dramatic, but that's how I felt and I didn't know what to do. I felt that Dr. Reza would be a good fit, so we finally met," said Olla Ramlan at Glafidsya Aesthetic Clinic, Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta, on Monday (12/2/2024).

Olla feels that she can still hide her condition by using makeup, but it still makes her sad.
"Maybe I can cover it up with makeup and foundation, but I'm really sad because my face has never been like this," she said.

Dr. Reza Gladys explained that there are many factors that can cause perioral dermatitis experienced by Olla Ramlan.
"There are many causes, and when we listed from Olla's mom, there was a history of trying an unsafe product," said Reza Gladys.
Because of her story, Dr. Reza Gladys made Olla Ramlan the brand ambassador of Glafidsya clinic.
"But in the end, I became a brand ambassador, maybe my skin problem can become a story," Olla said while laughing.
"This is a true story of what Olla's mom experienced. Then we see many Indonesian people experiencing similar things, so we made Olla a brand ambassador," explained Reza Gladys.
Olla said that her condition has improved thanks to several treatments. At the same time, a certificate from MURI for the sales of jelly booster was also presented in a ceremonial event for Glafidsya clinic.
