Collaboration Between Yellow Claw, Weird Genius, and Novia Bachmid Releases Official Music Video for 'Lonely'

Kapanlagi.com - After releasing a new song and lyric video titled Lonely on April 29th, the collaboration between Yellow Claw, Weird Genius, and Novia Bachmid has also released the official music video for Lonely on May 4th, 2022 at 4:00 PM WIB. The concept of the music video is very interesting and depicts the lyrics of the song Lonely itself.

Weird Genius and Yellow Claw have previously collaborated on the song 'Hush' with Reikko, with a global reach of 30 million plays, including streaming and radio plays. The song was also nominated for the 2021 AMI Awards in the Best Dance Song category.

Now, on their second collaboration 'Lonely', they showcase a more optimistic production combined with Novia Bachmid's powerful and sharp vocals.

'Lonely' is a song that represents anyone who wants to be alone, clear their mind, and break away from routine. Sometimes we do want to be alone but it's not as easy as buying a one-way ticket to an unplanned destination, as described in the lyrics of this song.

A deeper message is that we often take breaks but deceive ourselves and think that everything is fine and deceive our own minds, as we see on social media that someone is living a happy life but in reality it's the opposite.

2. Yellow Claw

Yellow Claw themselves are known as a duo that always produces popular dance songs. To this day, they have released 4 albums with several global hit singles such as 'DJ Turn It Up', 'Till It Hurts', and 'Love & War'. Their discography seems to represent the entire dance music industry.

Recently, they have been busy with a side project titled €UROTRA$H, a full month tour in America, and their debut in the UK through Ministry Of Sound with their EP titled 'The Black Delorean'.

Collaborating with the Weird Genius trio who have broken several national records through their song 'Lathi', which also successfully reached runner-up on the Spotify Global Viral Chart and has been played more than 200 million times worldwide. They are currently pioneering their career on a global scale, marked by their appearance at Tomorrowland 2022 on the Barong Family stage.

This is not the only time they have released collaborations with international musicians. Previously, together with Tokyo Machine featuring Lights, 'Last Summer' was released on Monstercat, and 'Future Ghost' featuring famous Thai pop singer, Violette Wautier, was released on Astralwerks (Universal).
