First Eid as a Married Couple, Ferry Irawan is Happy and Touched and Venna Melinda is Very Different

Of course, spending the first Eid with his wife made Ferry Irawan feel happy and touched. He also felt that this year's Eid was different from previous ones.

"Thank God, during the visitation, I was happy and touched. I have never felt anything like this before. Where between husband and wife, it's really from the heart. Even though every day, sometimes if there are mistakes, we apologize to each other, sometimes there are slip-ups." said Ferry Irawan when met in Kemang area, South Jakarta, on Monday (2/5/2022) yesterday.

"But in this special Eid moment, it's far more different because the meaning is after 30 days of fasting. So after 30 days, today after we pray together, that's something I can't express anymore.", he added.

Not only Ferry Irawan, but his wife, Venna Melinda, also feels the same way. She feels that this Eid is very different from before.

"There are many differences, abi functions as a father and husband. At the age of 44, his head (and Vania's) is full of worries, sleep is disturbed, he has to carry things, basically there are many things. His life must be different from when he was alone." said Venna Melinda.

Venna Melinda herself tells the story of being a wife who can shake hands with her husband. Although Venna and Ferry are like Tom and Jerry, they are always happy in their household.

"During the Eid prayer that I have been waiting for 9 years, someone was waiting at the end of the road. Then I could shake hands, we paid our respects, even though we are like Tom and Jerry, as husband and wife. It's also fun. Like partners in crime. So I'm happy." said Venna.

"This Eid is different because I have in-laws, so it's more organized. There are many siblings-in-law now. Now we prepare for THR, there are many nieces and nephews, I also have many. Today's schedule is also full. This Eid I am adding to my family." she added.

Moreover, during this year's Eid al-Fitr, Venna was so happy to be able to gather with her family. She also feels grateful to be able to finally meet her mother-in-law, whom she had only been with her mother before.

"Honestly, for 9 years I only had my mother, the only person I could confide in. Now, Mami Nur is so kind, I've never met a woman as patient as her. I know Mami Nur is an extraordinary person. And she's a great cook too. She's like a role model for me now, after my mother." she said.

4. Compliments to the Mother-in-law's Cooking

Not only that, Venna also praised her mother-in-law's delicious cooking. Even Ferry Irawan's wife was motivated to become a mother or wife who is not easy.

"We went through this wedding without any problems, thank God. So we just focus on this family, making money, raising Vania. Because it's the hardest thing when we interfere with the family. So I'm really happy this Eid." she concluded.
