Collaboration with Grammy Producer, DIRA Releases Her Touching New Song 'Back In Time'!

Kapanlagi.com - After a wait of some time, Dira Sugandi or now known as DIRA finally releases her latest song. Not just any song, DIRA successfully collaborates with producer and CEO of The Recording Academy, Harvey Mason Jr, who produced the Grammy Awards.

This is certainly a proud achievement for Indonesia, to the point that the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Sandiaga Uno, greatly appreciates DIRA. Isn't that cool!

Although the single Back In Time is produced by DIRA in Los Angeles, United States, DIRA chose to involve talented individuals for the visual needs of the single. From fashion stylists, makeup artists, wardrobe, accessories, to the photographer, DIRA brought them all directly from Indonesia.

What's even more impressive is that DIRA is the first Indonesian singer to be produced by the skilled hands of Harvey Mason Jr. So let's discover some cool facts about DIRA's special music in the single Back In Time!

1. Different Colors of DIRA's Musical Style

Known as a singer of prominent big festival songs that showcase strong and powerful vocals, DIRA shows a different side in this single Back In Time. DIRA's musicality feels different and more colorful.

DIRA reveals that she really loves R&B music, but has never had the opportunity to explore it further. And now, DIRA is grateful to have the opportunity to collaborate with Harvey Mason Jr, who is known for working on R&B music.

"The music in Back In Time feels more contemporary and modern, while my vocals feel different in it. Hopefully, people can still recognize DIRA's character through this different side," commented DIRA further.

As previously revealed, Back In Time is a contemplative modern R&B song that invites listeners to reflect on past memories as lessons and motivation to become a better person in the future.

This single will be officially released on October 26, 2021 on various platforms, followed by the release of its music video on October 29, 2021.

2. Special Collaboration with Legendary American Producer

Back In Time will be the opening single from several songs that DIRA has worked on with Harvey Mason Jr. This collaboration is an amazing achievement in DIRA's music career. How lucky is she to have the opportunity to collaborate with Harvey Mason Jr.!
