Confirmed! Shandy Aulia Officially Divorces David Herbowo, Gets Custody of Child

Kapanlagi.com - The marriage of actress Shandy Aulia and David Herbowo is coming to an end. The South Jakarta District Court granted Shandy's divorce petition, making them officially divorced.

"The judges have decided that divorce case number 361 2023 has been concluded with three verdicts, but essentially only two in accordance with our request," said Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno, Shandy Aulia's lawyer after the hearing on Wednesday (12/7/2023).

"The first is the dissolution of the marriage between Shandy Aulia and David Herbowo, effective from today," continued Kris, the man who is familiarly called Kris.

The second is that Shandy Aulia is granted custody of Claire Herbowo. However, the single mother will continue to co-parent with David, as agreed by both parties.

"Custody of the child is given to Shandy Aulia as the petitioner, but with the provision of granting David Herbowo or her husband the widest possible access to meet their child," explained Kris.

1. Not Discussing Child Support

Unfortunately, regarding the third point in the divorce decision, which is child support, Kris does not want to talk about it. This is because he respects his client's decision not to discuss the matter.

"I have never talked about it from the beginning, Ms. Shandy Aulia did not talk about it," Kris explained.

2. Shandy Does Not Attend the Hearing

Shandy herself initially wanted to attend her divorce hearing. However, the hearing had already started before her client arrived at the South Jakarta District Court.

"I was planning to come here, but I told her it was already over, and she hadn't arrived yet, so I just let her know that she was at Warung Buncit Raya, I already informed her, even if she comes here, it's pointless, so I conveyed it to both of them," he concluded.
