Considered to Lie a Lot, Yudha Arfandi's Testimony Makes Tamara Tyasmara Get Reprimanded by the Judge in Dante's Death Trial

Kapanlagi.com - The continuation of the trial for the death case of Andante Khalif Pramudityo alias Dante, the son of Tamara Tyasmara and Angger Dimas, was held again at the East Jakarta District Court on Thursday (29/8/2024). The agenda for this session was to hear the testimony from the defendant, Yudha Arfandi.

Both Yudha Arfandi's family and Tamara Tyasmara were present to witness the trial proceedings. Tamara's family sat in the visitor's seats on the right side of the panel of judges, while Yudha Arfandi's family sat on the left.

Tamara Tyasmara, who sat in the front row of the visitor's seats, was reprimanded by the panel of judges. She was admonished for booing Yudha while he was giving his testimony regarding the violence alleged against him.

"On July 22, I read Tamara's statement, the relationship that was initially fine then started to have violence," the judge asked Yudha Arfandi in the courtroom.

"Never," Yudha Arfandi replied.

Upon hearing that answer, suddenly Tamara and her family, who were sitting in the visitor's seats on the right side of the panel of judges, booed the defendant.

"Wuuuu," shouted the visitors.

1. Yudha Acknowledges He Once Committed Violence Against Tamara

The panel of judges then continued with questions regarding the beginning of Yudha Arfandi's violence against Tamara Tyasmara, who was still his girlfriend at the time. "If in July 2022 there was never any, when did you ever commit physical violence?" asked the judge.

"Yes, Your Honor, in 2023 in the car," Yudha replied.

"While in the car, in addition to being hit, were you also kicked?" the panel of judges asked again.

"Yes, I only hit the ear, I never kicked," Yudha answered.

When Yudha admitted that he did not often commit violence against his girlfriend, he was again heckled by Tamara Tyasmara and her family. "How often do you commit physical violence against Tamara?" the panel of judges asked.

"Never," Yudha replied.

2. Tamara Warned by the Judge

Because she was considered to disrupt the court proceedings, Tamara and her family were warned again by the panel of judges. The judge requested that all visitors, including Tamara's family, remain orderly during the trial.

"I remind all visitors, whoever they are including Tamara's family, please do not (make noise) because I will remove you. Let's listen carefully first. Agreed? Let's keep it orderly," the panel of judges firmly stated.

Outside the courtroom, Tamara Tyasmara revealed that all of Yudha Arfandi's statements in court were lies, including those about the violence committed against her. "None of it is true. He said it happened only once, but it happened many times. I have proof of it," Tamara asserted.
