1. Request for Gisel's Presence

However, for witness examination in this case, Roberto Silitonga requests Gisel's presence in the trial to provide testimony.

"For me, it's not a problem, especially during this pandemic. But if it's done virtually, is it really Gisel speaking or is someone directing her? We don't know," he said.

"Because last Sunday I already said in the first trial that it's important for Gisel to come," he continued.

2. Sending a Request Letter

If she doesn't attend, Roberto Silitonga will send a request letter to the prosecutor's office or the court for Gisel to come directly and testify in the trial.

"If she really doesn't come, I will send a letter to the Prosecutor's Office or the Court, stating that I want Gisel to be present in person," Roberto Silitonga concluded.
