Kapanlagi.com - The trial for the defamation case through electronic media against Adam Deni, involving Jerinx SID, resumed at the Central Jakarta District Court on Monday (7/2). Today, the trial is scheduled to hear the testimony of forensic psychiatry expert, Dr. Tara Aseana.

Jerinx, who was present at the trial, attentively listened to the expert's testimony. Tara revealed the conclusions from her examination of Adam Deni and stated that she did not find any mental disorders in Adam Deni.

"We did not find any severe emotional disorders, such as severe depression, that could disrupt daily activities," said Tara, as the expert witness.

During the examination, Adam admitted to being afraid when receiving threats from Jerinx, but he analyzed that the fear was just a response from Adam. So what Jerinx conveyed at that time was perceived as a threat by Adam.

"We analyze that the feeling of fear is a checked response when facing a situation that he perceives as a threat. It is a natural perception. With rational thinking ability, he is able to face the situation. He can consult with a lawyer about the situation he is facing," he said.

In addition, Tara admitted that Adam only admitted to being afraid when receiving the phone call, but he already knew how to anticipate his fear. Based on his confession, Adam did indeed remain silent for 7 to 10 days.
