Doddy Sudrajat Plans to Relocate Vanessa Angel's Grave After the 100-Day Event, TPU Karet Bivak Reveals This Fact

Kapanlagi.com - Doddy Sudrajat's intention to move the grave of his late daughter, Vanessa Angel, is firm. If there are no obstacles, the relocation will be carried out after the one hundredth day of Vanessa's passing.

As known, Vanessa was buried in the same grave as her husband, Febri Andriansyah, at TPU Taman Islam Malaka, Srengseng area, West Jakarta. Later, the remains will be moved to TPU Karet Bivak, Tanah Abang area, Central Jakarta.

1. Doddy Has Not Obtained the Body Transfer Permit

KapanLagi.com team conducted a reportage at Karet Bivak Cemetery regarding the process of transferring Vanessa Angel's body. The officer stated that Doddy Sudrajat has not obtained any permits.

"For now, no one from the family of the late Vanessa has come here to obtain permits and registration or anything for the transfer of the remains," said Agus Faizal, the administrative officer of Karet Bivak Cemetery, on Monday (7/2/2022).

2. Doddy Sudrajat Must Fulfill the Requirements

Agus Faizal revealed that there are several requirements that must be fulfilled to carry out the transfer of the body. Among them, there must be permission from the family or heirs.

"There are several requirements that must be fulfilled and completed by the family. There is a statement from the family, a statement of the body transfer by the family or heirs, a statement or permit for the previous body transfer from the cemetery, and then the IPTM (Grave Land Use Permit) letter that wants to be used here. Those are the main points," explained Agus Faisal.

3. Administrative Requirements Must be Fulfilled

If the administrative requirements are fulfilled, the Karet Bivak Cemetery can immediately arrange for the transfer of the corpse's skeleton. If it is incomplete, it will not be allowed.

"All those requirements must be fulfilled because they are related to administration and so on. When the administration is completed, then it can proceed to the stage of transferring the corpse or transferring the skeleton," added Agus.

4. Waiting for Three Years

The Karet Bivak Cemetery revealed that the process of transferring the corpse's skeleton can only be done after three years. This is related to the regulations issued by the Jakarta Provincial Government.

"Here, especially the cemetery under the Jakarta Provincial Government, there is a requirement that if you want to move the skeleton, it must be over three years before it can be transferred. If not, it cannot be done. Specifically, the cemetery under the Jakarta Provincial Government cannot do it," Agus explained.
