For her actions, Olivia Nathania is accused of violating Article 263 Paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 65 of the Criminal Code OR Article 378 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 65 (1) of the Criminal Code OR Article 372 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 65 (1) of the Criminal Code.
