Cut Intan Nabila Finally Receives Justice, Armor Toreador Sentenced to 4 Years 6 Months in Prison

Kapanlagi.com - The trial verdict in the domestic violence (KDRT) case involving Armor Toreador has finally concluded. The Cibinong District Court in West Java sentenced Armor Toreador to 4 years and 6 months in prison for acts of violence against his wife, Cut Intan Nabila.

Cut Intan Nabila's attorney, Ana Sofa Yuking, expressed her gratitude for this verdict. Ana believes that the judge's decision provides the justice that her client has long awaited.

"As the legal representative of Cut Intan Nabila, we express our gratitude, alhamdulillah, our client has finally received justice," Ana said when contacted by the media on Thursday (9/1/2025).

According to Ana, this decision is not just about how severe the punishment given to Armor Toreador is, but more about how the punishment provides a deterrent effect to the perpetrator. This is important to prevent similar violence from occurring in the future.

"This is not about how heavy the punishment is for the perpetrator, but about whether this punishment will have a deterrent effect or not," Ana explained.

Ana also revealed that Cut Intan Nabila feels quite satisfied with the outcome of this decision. The judge has stated that Armor Toreador was convincingly proven guilty and that his actions constitute violence that must be legally accountable.

"Our client is quite satisfied. The judge stated that Amor was convincingly proven guilty and declared that the actions taken by Armor are acts of violence that must be accounted for before the law," she said.

As the advocate accompanying Cut Intan Nabila during the trial, Ana welcomed the court's decision. She hopes that this sentence serves as a lesson for society that domestic violence should not be tolerated.

"This is an important step towards justice for the victim and her family. We hope this decision serves as an example for society that domestic violence cannot be tolerated," she stated firmly.

3. Recovery from Trauma Takes Time

Furthermore, Ana stated that the legal team will continue to support Cut Intan Nabila in the recovery process, both physically and mentally. The trauma experienced by the victim requires time and support to truly heal.

"We will also continue to support the victim in the recovery process, both in physical and psychological trauma recovery," she added.

In addition, Ana expressed her gratitude to the law enforcement agencies, starting from the police, the public prosecutor (JPU), to the panel of judges who have handled this case quickly and fairly.
