Cut Memey's Mother Passed Away, Unable to Realize Her Dream of Inviting Her Parents to Live in Canada

Kapanlagi.com - The beautiful actress Cut Memey was forced to cancel her plan to bring her beloved mother, Neng Fatimah, to Canada. Previously, the 41-year-old actress had planned to bring her mother and younger sibling to live with her in Canada. Unfortunately, the plan was dashed as her mother passed away on Tuesday morning (5/4/2022).

"This was my plan with my pregnant sibling. After she gives birth, we plan to go to Canada together, to my house. Then maybe my sibling will go back first with my mother for a few months and then come back with me. That's the plan that we didn't get to do," said Cut Memey at TPU Malaka, East Jakarta, on Tuesday (5/4/2022).

1. Mother's Advice

Besides the beautiful memories with her beloved mother, Cut Memey always remembers the advice given by her mother. In fact, she always holds onto that advice as a guide for life.

"I lean more towards her advice on life. She always said, one thing that I always instill until now, wherever you are, always be yourself and do good. Let people be as evil as they want, but don't join in the evil. You just have to do good, that's it," she said.

"Because what we do here, our good intentions, whatever good we do, maybe not everyone will always do good, but it will come back to your children, your grandchildren in the future. So Mama believes that when we do good, the result will be good," she added.

Not only that, there is also a message from her mother that Cut Memey still remembers to this day. Her mother asked her not to owe anyone.

"One thing I remember until now, she said don't owe anyone. That's it, don't owe anyone. You don't have money, it's okay, just eat rice with sambal, it's not a problem at home as long as you don't owe anyone. Until now, Alhamdulillah, I still remember all of Mama's words," she said.

4. Treated in ICU

Before taking her last breath, Neng Fatimah underwent treatment in the ICU of Bekasi city hospital. During her treatment, Cut Memey claimed to have communicated with her beloved mother as much as possible. Although they couldn't meet in person, they still communicated through phone calls.

"So, because she was in the ICU, our communication was through video calls. So we video called through the hospital phone, 'Mom, do you want oranges?' We sent her oranges. Anything she wanted that was allowed by the hospital, we bought it for her. And that's it. There wasn't much communication because if we talked too much, her breathing would become faster. So the nurses weren't allowed to talk for too long, only important things," Cut Memey concluded.
