Declared Guilty and Sentenced to 6 Months in Prison, Does Nikita Mirzani Not Serve Detention?

Kapanlagi.com - The trial of the alleged assault case against Dipo Latief with defendant Nikita Mirzani has finally reached its final stage. The mother of three, who had arrived since noon, appeared relaxed while waiting for the trial.

Previously, it was known that Nikita had filed an objection to the court. Unfortunately, the objection was rejected, so this case continues to unfold.

1. Sentenced to 6 Months

After waiting for almost 3 hours, the verdict hearing was finally held. The judge of the South Jakarta District Court declared that the defendant, Nikita Mirzani, was proven guilty of committing the crime of assault on the first charge.

"Imposing a six-month sentence on the defendant. Deciding that the sentence does not need to be served by the defendant. If in the future there is a judge's decision stating that the convicted person has committed a crime before the probation period of 12 months ends," said the judge during the trial on Wednesday (15/7).

2. Not Serving Detention

The verdict is in line with the demand of the Public Prosecutor (JPU) in the previous trial. With this verdict, Nikita does not need to serve a prison sentence, but if she commits the same mistake again, she will be immediately imprisoned without a trial.

With this verdict, Niki admitted feeling relieved, as the long trial she has been through finally ended. Nikita also accepts the verdict imposed on her.
