Demanding Equal Treatment, Nikita Mirzani Wants Reza Gladys to Be Detained Too

"Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. Alhamdulillah today Nikita Mirzani was examined as a witness regarding the report from one of the victims of RG products, where the investigators from the Police have come here to conduct the examination. Earlier, I accompanied her and there were about 20 questions asked by the investigators and it went smoothly," said Galih when met at the Pondok Bambu Detention Center, East Jakarta, Thursday (4/8).

This case is related to allegations of problematic products that are said to have similarities with the case of Doctor Richard Lee regarding the report from Doktif. In that case, Doctor Richard Lee has already been detained by the police. This has become a focus for the legal representatives.

"So the product is the same as Doctor Richard Lee's product which is already at the police headquarters and detained. So with the same product, with the same case, we will monitor the process until it is complete," emphasized Galih.

Seeing the similarities, Nikita through her legal representatives hopes for equal legal treatment. They believe there should not be any differences in handling cases with the same object. "Where the products are the same, then the reports are the same, how can there be no detention in this case as well," Galih continued.

The desire to obtain justice was also directly emphasized by the legal counsel. Nikita is said to want this case to be monitored until it is resolved without discrimination. "So if Niki is here (detained), then RG must also be here, must feel the same thing, like that," explained Galih.

In addition, Nikita has also provided a number of pieces of evidence and data to the investigators to support the ongoing legal process. This is expected to expedite the case's resolution. "That's why up until now, Nikita Mirzani has been very clear in reporting everything, including the evidence and data that have all been provided," explained Galih.

The examination itself has been ongoing since the afternoon. Galih mentioned that he received information that the process started around 11:00 AM WIB. "Earlier, when I arrived here, it was already in progress, but for me personally, I got the news that it had been examined since 11 o'clock," said Galih.

Not only Nikita, the investigators also plan to summon other witnesses to strengthen this case. This is part of the development of the investigation. "Yes, this is good news, just come to the Polda tomorrow, one of Glavicza's staff will come for questioning," Galih revealed.

With this development, Nikita's side hopes that the legal process will be transparent and fair. They emphasize that this case is not just an individual matter, but concerns the protection of the wider community.
