Derry 'Famous Four' Undergoes Police Examination Regarding the Case of Syakir Daulay vs Label ProAktif

Kapanlagi.com - Derry Sudarisman member of the Famous Four group recently underwent an examination at the Directorate of General Crime Investigation of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police on Tuesday (2/6/2020). He became a witness in the dispute between young star Syakir Daulay and Label ProAktif.

As is known, this comedian was present as a witness during the signing of the employment contract between Syakir and ProAktif. He was asked to tell the investigators what happened at that time to shed light on the case.

"Today, I underwent an examination as a witness in the Syakir Daulay case. I was asked if I really witnessed the signing of the contract between Syakir and ProAktif, and also about the report from ProAktif regarding the defamation on Syakir's Instagram," explained Derry to the media.

1. Resolved Amicably

Before finally resorting to legal action, Derry had invited both parties to meet and resolve this issue within the family. However, it ended up in a deadlock.

"I have tried to bring them together so that it doesn't end up like this. But Syakir is not alone, he may have received input from others. So, well, I see this initially as a good cooperation. I don't know what happened afterwards, I don't want it to turn out like this. But everything has happened, now it has entered the legal domain, so I will follow it as a good citizen," said Derry.

2. Not Taking Sides

Derry emphasizes that he does not take sides with Syakir Daulay or the ProAktif label. He wants to remain neutral, especially when the case has progressed.

"But I am not taking sides here. I am only following the law and defending the truth. Yesterday, I got involved because I felt it could still be resolved within the family. Now that it has entered the legal domain, I give up, I leave it to each party," concluded the 54-year-old man.
