Devano Danendra Admits to Running Away from Home - Clubbing Every Day Until Being Hit by a Bottle by Iis Dahlia

Kapanlagi.com - Devano Danendra has also become the center of attention amidst all the controversies involving his mother, Iis Dahlia. He has also been cornered by netizens because of it. Now, he reveals another side of his life as the son of the senior dangdut singer.

Behind his calm demeanor, Deva apparently once ran away from home and spent time at nightclubs until morning. He revealed this in an interview on the Harper's Bazaar Indonesia YouTube channel last Friday (23/7).

At that time, he expressed his desire to become a singer. However, his parents did not welcome it. Devano finally decided to run away from home.

"When I was 14 years old, I said, 'Mom, I want to sing, I want to work at a young age.' Maybe they were surprised and forbid me, and I ended up running away from home," said Devano.

Not only did he run away, but he also often went to nightclubs and only returned home in the morning. He admitted that he did it just to socialize.

"There was a time when I often went out at night and came home at 3 AM every day because I wanted to have friends who could invite me to the field of singing," he explained.

"At the age of 14-15, I was already going to live music, clubs, and others because my goal was not to be naughty, not to drink, but to be able to socialize with friends who are much older and can guide me well," he added.

Because of his habit, Devano was even hit by a bottle thrown by Iis Dahlia. "I was actually hit by a bottle by my mom. I remember it very well," said the man born on September 23, 2002.

Furthermore, Devano knows that his parents do not want him to enter the entertainment world. As a boy, he is directed to focus on school.

"Actually, my mom and dad forbid me from being in the entertainment world because they have the perception that boys should go to a good school, have good values, and enter a good university," he said.

"In other words, back then, you had to be a doctor, a pilot, or whatever. My mom and dad still think like that," said the star of the movie DEAR NATHAN: HELLO SALMA.
