Devita Rusdi Supports Flood Victim Children with Trauma Healing

Kapanlagi.com - Due to the rain on New Year's Eve that did not stop with high intensity, several areas in Jakarta were flooded. Not a few celebrities tried to help alleviate the burden of flood victims, including Devita Rusdi.

Together with the Headquarters of the Red and White Warriors (Laskar Merah Putih - LMP), and several celebrity friends such as Maria Eva and Lisda Oktaviani, Devita visited the shelter on Jalan Raya Masjid Hasyim Asyari in Cengkareng, West Java last Saturday (4/1). Their visit was to provide assistance in the form of basic necessities.

"This is the 6th, our target is a total of 15 points. 13 in DKI Jakarta, 1 in Bekasi, and 1 in Banten. The assistance we distribute mainly consists of basic necessities, with additional items such as diapers, coffee, tea, and sugar. I also convey greetings from our Chairman, Mr. H Arsyad Cannu, he sends his regards to all of our brothers and sisters here because he cannot be present. Hopefully, this assistance can be useful or slightly alleviate the burden of our brothers and sisters here," said R Erwan Saputra, Deputy Secretary General II of LMP Headquarters.

Devita, who is the Deputy Chairwoman of Srikandi Mabes LMP, also provided trauma healing for the children affected by the flood. Besides material assistance, she believes that support for the victims is also very necessary, especially for children.

"This trauma healing is very important to restore the psychological condition of children after being traumatized by the flood that hit yesterday."

May our brothers and sisters here and all flood victims be given strength and remain spirited. For me, being able to make these children smile again is an extraordinary happiness," said Devita Rusdy.

Devita and the Mabes LMP entourage also visited the public kitchen located near Transjakarta Pesakih. There, Devita and the Srikandi group participated in cooking, which was then distributed to the flood victims.
