"Because many of Dinar's friends did that about 3-4-5 years ago. Dinar participated in those savings groups. Most of them were saved or used for prostitution and Dinar proved it to them. So I brainstormed how I could make a lot of money but from my own efforts," Dinar concluded.
Dinar also commented on prostitution with a fee of 80 million rupiah. "I can earn that much in just 2 hours of DJing. It's too cheap if artists only get that much. It should be in the hundreds, right? But for Dinar, it's like that because whatever skills we have, if we work hard on them, we can earn more than what a sugar daddy gives you," she said.
"But there's a lot of work. Dinar is already tired just from DJing. Ah, it's not possible. Yeah, it's not possible for someone to know the names of my fans like Candy Boys and Candy Girls. In a week, I can go to 4 cities, it's not possible. There's no power for that kind of thing," Dinar firmly said.
Furthermore, Dinar explained that the offer was conveyed through an assistant or manager. However, she immediately rejected it and protected herself from activities related to prostitution.
"Dinar was once offered a house and a car, similar to those owned by someone in their 70s. But Dinar is blacklisted in 5 clubs in Indonesia. Dinar is blacklisted because she refused to play with the owner. Well, Dinar can't mention it, there are areas in Central Java, Kalimantan, that's it," she said.
Furthermore, Dinar admitted that she had received many offers related to prostitution. This is not new because Dinar is a DJ and has connections to the nightlife industry. Despite this, Dinar claims to always refuse and even got blacklisted.
When met in Tendean, South Jakarta, on Friday (11/1/2019), Dinar Candy explained that the caption she wrote was not intended to mock Vanessa Angel. In addition, Dinar also expressed her opinion about online prostitution.
"Now Dinar actually made a sarcastic remark, but not about Vanessa. Like Dinar said, 'Being sexy doesn't necessarily mean prostitution,' it's been bothering me for a long time. So people think that being sexy means prostitution. Wearing sexy clothes is not because Dinar is a prostitute or someone told her, 'Hey, wear this bikini and I'll pay you,' no. It's just my fashion choice, not because of someone else. Like that," said Dinar.
