Divorce Decision of Andre Taulany & Erin Will Be Announced on November 11 Online

The divorce process of comedian Andre Taulany and Rien Wartia Trigina or Erin Taulany is about to enter its final chapter. After a series of hearings, the panel of judges at the South Jakarta Religious Court is scheduled to announce its decision on November 11, 2025.

Interestingly, the decision will not be announced in a hearing. Andre Taulany's attorney, Galih Siwi, explained that the decision will be delivered electronically through the e-court system.

"For the date on the 11th, there will be no attendance. So the decision will be via e-litigation on the e-court account, just electronically," said Galih Siwi when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (11/5/2025).

This can happen because both parties, Andre and Erin, have reached an agreement to separate amicably. The peace agreement they have signed becomes one of the main considerations for the panel of judges.

"What is used as a guideline are the witness statements and also the peace agreement," added another attorney, Fahmi Bachmid.

Although the decision is announced online, there is still one important stage that must be attended directly by Andre Taulany, which is the declaration of divorce. According to Islamic law, the declaration of divorce must be pronounced directly by the husband in front of the panel of judges. "Oh later, the declaration of divorce will be after the decision. He will come again at the time of the declaration of divorce like that," explained Galih.

Fahmi Bachmid emphasized his client's obligation to attend the ceremony.

"It is mandatory to attend, as the divorce declaration must be made by the person concerned, it is mandatory to come later for the divorce declaration," Fahmi asserted.

As is known, Andre Taulany filed for divorce after 19 years of marriage to Erin. The main reason for their separation is due to ongoing disputes.

Now, after all legal administrative processes have been completed, Andre and Erin only have to wait a few more days to obtain their official divorce status. The schedule for the divorce declaration will be announced only after the official decision is issued.
