Shocking news comes from the household turmoil of comedian Andre Taulany and his wife, Rien Wartia Trigina, commonly known as Erin. The divorce petition filed by Andre Taulany was declared inadmissible by the Panel of Judges of the Tigaraksa Religious Court.
The ruling was read in a session held on Monday, August 25, 2025. With this ruling, the marital status of Andre and Erin remains legally valid as husband and wife.

This happy news was conveyed directly by Firmanto Laksana Pangaribuan, as the legal representative of Erin Taulany. He explained that the divorce application was rejected after the exception or objection submitted by his side was granted by the court.
"Indeed, yesterday, on August 25, that was the hearing with the agenda for the decision," said Firmanto when met in the Senayan area, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (26/8/2025).
Erin's side had initially submitted an exception which essentially stated that the Tigaraksa Religious Court did not have the authority to examine and adjudicate the case. This objection was fully accepted by the panel of judges.
"The exception or rebuttal that we presented was accepted and granted by the panel of judges of the Tigaraksa Religious Court," he continued.
Firmanto emphasized that with this decision, all divorce proceedings automatically stop and there are no more ongoing cases. The status of Andre and Erin returns to what it was before, namely a legally married couple in the eyes of the law.
"What does that mean? It means that currently, Mrs. Erin and Mr. Andre Taulany are still a legally married couple," he asserted.
This victory is considered a shared victory for the family, especially since it aligns with the wishes of their children."So there is no divorce. That is also the spirit that we once conveyed," he concluded.
