Kapanlagi.com - The divorce trial of artist Jonathan Frizzy alias Ijonk and Dhena Devanka was held again at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Thursday (25/11/2021). The trial is scheduled for evidence from the plaintiff, Dhena Devanka.
In the trial, Dhena presented several pieces of evidence. Starting from evidence of the marriage to evidence of reconciliation between the two parties at the South Jakarta Police.
"So the evidence from the plaintiff is to talk at length, we can't disclose it yet. But according to what is stated in the plaintiff's lawsuit, it is not far from there, not far from what is already known," said Jonathan Frizzy's lawyer, Sinarta Bangun, at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Thursday (25/11/2021).
"The definite evidence is the divorce certificate. First, the marriage certificate, second, the birth certificate of the child. In addition, there is evidence from the agreement at the police station. Those are the pieces of evidence," added Imran Sinulingga, who is also Jonathan Frizzy's lawyer.
The trial of evidence will continue on Thursday (2/12/2021). This is because Dhena Devanka's party will still provide additional evidence in the trial.
"It is the authority of the parties to submit additional evidence, the judge will grant it. Later, when the plaintiff's party has finished presenting their evidence, we will follow the procedural law in the trial," said Sinarta Bangun.
In addition, Jonathan Frizzy's party is also preparing several pieces of evidence for the next trial. The evidence presented will balance what Dhena's party has presented. In fact, they will submit a domestic violence report as evidence.
"That's it, in essence. This domestic violence report is what makes a divorce valid. Maybe we will include it as well," said Imran.
"Yes, submit the report, even though it has been withdrawn, but it proves that it happened and because it happened, it fulfills the requirements to get a divorce," he concluded.
