Amid the ongoing legal process, the issue regarding the DNA test and the relationship of Giovanni with the child born to Erika Carlina has surfaced. However, Giovanni Surya Saputra alias DJ Panda, through his lawyer, Michael Sugijanto, refuses to discuss matters that are too personal and outside the context of the case concerning the spread of personal data.

When asked by the media about the desire for a DNA test, Michael emphasized that the decision is entirely in the hands of Erika Carlina as the biological mother, considering the child's status is still underage. They feel it is not authorized to discuss this matter at this time.

"Look, if we talk about the DNA test. I want to ask, the baby is still a child, still small. It’s impossible for them to make a decision on their own. So if you want to ask about the DNA test, it’s wrong to ask us," Michael asserted in Semanggi, South Jakarta, Tuesday (12/16/2025).
