Giovanni Surya, better known as DJ Panda, responded to the investigator's summons at the Metro Jaya Police on Wednesday (15/10/2025). His arrival was to undergo questioning as a witness related to the alleged threat report filed by actress and social media influencer Erika Carlina.

Arriving at the Ditreskrimum building of the Metro Jaya Police around 1:20 PM WIB, DJ Panda appeared calm. He was seen wearing a white shirt and accompanied by his legal team, including Michael Sugijanto, as well as his parents who walked behind him.
Facing the media who have been waiting for him, DJ Panda and his lawyer expressed a cooperative attitude in following the ongoing legal process.
"Just accompanying Koko Panda here for the examination. We want to be cooperative, let's just see how the results turn out later," said Michael Sugijanto, DJ Panda's legal counsel at the Metro Jaya Police, Wednesday (15/10/2025).
When asked about his preparations, DJ Panda just smiled and answered briefly. He also expressed his hope that this issue could be resolved well. "Yeah, just face it," he said calmly.
"Yeah, if possible, we hope everything ends well. We don’t want any hostility or anything," he added.
This case began with a report made by Erika Carlina on July 19, 2025. She reported DJ Panda for alleged threats that were said to have occurred through a WhatsApp group. According to the report, the threats included the destruction of her career, spreading false news regarding Erika's pregnancy, and the dissemination of personal data such as ultrasound photos.
Erika Carlina's report has now progressed to the investigation stage after the police found elements of a crime. The summons of DJ Panda today is part of the investigation process to further delve into the case.
