Doddy Sudrajat Doesn't Want Joint Custody with Uncle Bibi to Get Gala Sky Guardianship

Kapanlagi.com - The West Jakarta Religious Court held the first hearing of the lawsuit filed by the father of the late Bibi Andriansyah, Faisal, against Doddy Sudrajat, the father of the late Vanessa Angel, on Wednesday (15/13/2021). This hearing is related to the guardianship of Gala Sky Andriansyah.

From observations, both parties were seen accompanied by their respective legal representatives at around 9:30 AM. For this first hearing, the Panel of Judges scheduled mediation for both parties and gave Faisal and Doddy 30 days to mediate outside the hearing.

"Given 30 days to communicate with my legal representative. I will go through the process. The next hearing will be on the 29th (January)," said Doddy Sudrajat.

When asked about the custody of Gala, Doddy said he would fight for his grandchild's custody to be in his hands. However, he will abide by the judge's decision.

"Actually, I want the custody to be with me. But I will leave everything to the Court. For this matter, I will leave it to my legal representative," he said.

2. Refusing Joint Custody

Doddy also firmly stated that he does not want joint custody for Gala if offered by Faisal during the mediation period.

Therefore, it is highly likely that the mediation will reach a dead end. "There is no joint custody. There must be a decision from the court," he said.

3. Missing Gala

The late father of Vanessa Angel, Doddy Sudrajat apparently misses his granddaughter, Gala Sky Andriansyah. How could he not, until the 40th day since his daughter and son-in-law passed away, Doddy has not met his grandchild.

Not only himself, Doddy said his extended family also really wants to meet Gala Sky. However, to make it happen, Doddy Sudrajat has to ask for help from Kak Seto.

4. Visiting Gala

"There are plans to visit and I want to be mediated by Kak Seto," said Doddy Sudrajat when met in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday night (14/12).

"I really want to go there, I miss them so much, my extended family really wants to hold, kiss, and play with Gala, there is a possibility that I will ask for help from Kak Seto," he continued.

5. Feeling Uncomfortable

When asked further why he didn't immediately visit his grandson's house, Doddy admitted feeling uncomfortable. He was afraid that something unwanted might happen considering the current situation between him and his son-in-law is not good.

Therefore, he wants a mediator to open the door so that he can meet Gala Sky Andriansyah, his grandson.

"Because I'm not comfortable going there, there has to be someone who can open the door to prevent unwanted things from happening, the situation is tense," he concluded.
