The reason for Doddy Sudrajat's application being rejected is because a case with the same substance is currently being heard in the West Jakarta Religious Court. If Doddy wants to reapply, he must wait for the decision submitted by H Faisal as the in-law.

When Doddy's application was rejected, Faisal, the father of the late Bibi Andriansyah, seemed confused about what to say.

"Well, what can I say. Because my trial is currently ongoing in the West Jakarta court. It must be resolved first," explained Faisal when met in the Tanah Abang area, Central Jakarta.

The continuation hearing of the guardianship case over Gala Sky will be held on Wednesday (29/12) at the West Jakarta Religious Court. The agenda is to deliver the results of the mediation with Doddy Sudrajat outside the courtroom.

"On the 29th, the hearing agenda requested the results of the mediation outside the court. If it is not implemented, it will certainly continue. But I don't understand how because the court will regulate it later," said Faisal.

Faisal revealed that he and his family have prepared everything needed for the smooth running of the trial. Such as witnesses in the trial.

"It's already prepared, including the witnesses. But it depends on the court. What they ask us to prepare," said the father of four children.

"All of Vanes and Febri's assets will be inventoried. Whatever can be converted into money will be converted, then we will save or deposit it in Gala's name. All the money that comes in will go to Gala," explained Faisal when interviewed earlier.

Meanwhile, the request for the appointment of an heir was not accepted because Doddy Sudrajat does not have the legal standing to represent Vanessa Angel. Because Vanessa's inheritance was given to Gala Sky Andriansyah.

"Then there is the case of an heir named Doddy. In his petitum, he requested to be appointed as the heir of the deceased for his child. However, the applicant does not have the legal standing to represent his child. Because the case is still being processed in West Jakarta, it cannot be accepted," explained Jajat.

5. Waiting for the Completion of Faisal's Trial

Doddy Sudrajat's request can only be executed after the request from the in-laws is completed in the West Jakarta Court. And that's if Doddy plans to make another request.

"Because the substance of the case is the same as in West Jakarta, the Jakarta Central Religious Court stated that it cannot be accepted," said Jajat.
