Kapanlagi.com - SCTV always presents interesting shows in the midst of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Viewers who have to stay at home more often are now presented with a new soap opera, DEWI RINDU. This soap opera premiered on December 13, 2021.
This soap opera not only offers a fresh new story but also features many young actresses and actors. One of those involved is Angela Gilsha. She portrays the character Dewi, the main actress.
In addition to being starred by young stars, this soap opera is also set in Banyuwangi - East Java. Angela admitted that she spent weeks there.
"I went to Banyuwangi twice, the first time for almost two weeks. Then after returning to Jakarta, it turns out that in episode 5 Dewi's parents followed her to Banyuwangi, so I went back there for a week," she said in a recent virtual interview.

What's interesting is that, even though she was only there for a few weeks, Angela has fallen in love with Banyuwangi.
"Wow, it's really amazing. I didn't expect to fall in love with Banyuwangi like this. We filmed at tourist spots like Baluran and several beaches," explained the actress from Bali.
Banyuwangi is indeed famous for its various natural attractions. Angela herself was impressed with Baluran National Park.
"I'm really happy to go to Baluran, the beach is also really nice. On the last day, we also climbed the mountain, it was really memorable, I want to go there again," she concluded.
