Investigation Phase Entry Report, Denny Sumargo Admits Being Stalked by Former Manager

Kapanlagi.com - The report file by Denny Sumargo against his former manager, Ditya Andrista, is still being processed by the Jakarta Metro Police. According to the man known as Densu, his report is currently in the investigation stage.

"The progress has entered the investigation stage. In the future, the police will provide further information," said Densu when contacted by reporters on Friday (24/12/2021).

Densu stated that the police acted quickly to follow up on his report. In January, Densu said there will be more updates from the investigators regarding the progress of his report.

"According to my lawyer, there might be the latest updates in January. The police have contacted the relevant parties, the involved banks, and have summoned my former manager and the people involved as witnesses to be questioned. It has reached that point," said Densu.

1. Former Manager Does Not Contact

Still according to Densu, since he reported to the police, Ditya Andrista has never contacted him to take steps towards reconciliation.

Instead, he is surprised that instead of communicating with him, Ditya actually hired someone to spy on him.

"Not yet, but yesterday I caught someone giving him information about me, like a spy, it's suspicious. He gave information about my progress, about the progress of the case," he said.

2. Hundreds of Millions in Losses

As is known, Denny Sumargo claimed to have suffered losses of hundreds of millions due to the actions of Ditya Andrista while being his manager.

He then took legal action by reporting Ditya Andrista to the Metro Jaya Regional Police on Thursday, September 30, 2021, on charges of embezzlement and forgery, in accordance with Article 263 and 372 of the Criminal Code.

Former Manager Denny Sumargo, Ditya Andrista, has undergone questioning at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police regarding the alleged embezzlement of Rp 739 million and forgery of documents, on Monday (8/11/2021). Actually, this case could have been resolved if both parties were willing to reconcile amicably.

"Of course, if we reconcile, it's possible. After all, I've been with Denny Sumargo for 10 years, I care about him. A relationship is not just about money, there are things that I have gone through with him during my career as a manager," said Ditya at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, on Monday (8/11/2021).

4. 10 Years as a Manager

Being a manager for 10 years for Denny Sumargo is not a short period of time. Ditya admitted that during their time together, with the man known as the Arrogant Basketball Player, they have shared many sweet memories. "He (Denny Sumargo) as an artist, of course, I have many sweet memories with him. So, if there is a problem like this, I am disappointed from the beginning," she said.

"But if this is Denny's will as a citizen, if I am invited for clarification, I will attend and answer what needs to be answered, just because I still care about him, he has done many good things," she added.

5. Communication Block

Since the emergence of the case, Ditya's communication with Denny Sumargo has not improved. "I have been blocked since August 26th. There is no communication because it has been handed over to respective legal representatives. So for me, if there are legal representatives, let them settle it legally," said Ditya.

"I am avoiding it because I'm afraid of making legal mistakes, so I handed it over to legal representatives. It's not that I have no good intentions," Ditya concluded.
