Kapanlagi.com - Akhdiyat Duta Modjo, better known as Duta, the vocalist of Sheila On7, often becomes a topic of public discussion. He is considered to look youthful despite being 44 years old and already a father. Many fans praise his consistently charming appearance over time.
Many are curious about the secret behind Duta's fresh face and cool appearance. When asked, Duta revealed that the key lies in a healthy lifestyle.
"Exercise, whether it’s cycling, walking, if someone invites to play soccer, then play soccer, if someone invites to tennis, then tennis, basketball, then basketball, exercise," said Duta when met in the Kelapa Gading area, North Jakarta, Sunday (11/24/2024).
Besides exercise, diet is also a major concern for men who have tried various hairstyles. Duta admits that he is not too picky about food, but he still maintains the intake that goes into his body.
"I eat anything, but not carelessly. Offal, for example, I avoid," he explained.

When it comes to appearance, Duta never hesitates to experiment. From long hair, dreadlocks, to a buzz cut, he has tried them all. "I used to have long hair, dreadlocks, and a buzz cut," said Duta.
This change in style shows that Duta always looks fresh and different, which makes his fans admire him even more. Until now, Duta is referred to as one of the artists who has no haters.
