El Rumi Reveals Plans to Celebrate New Year and Resolutions to Return to Music in 2024

However, he won't be able to celebrate with his mother, Maia Estianty, who will be vacationing in America for the new year. Meanwhile, El Rumi plans to vacation in Bali.

“I think I'll celebrate the new year domestically with my family, not abroad. My mother will be in America for the new year, but it seems like Al El Dul already went to America last year, so I'm tired. (The plan) is to go to Bali. Because Bali has beautiful beaches, it's good for refreshing, and I have many friends there. So it's more refreshing to gather with friends and family,” said El Rumi when met in the Kebagusan area, South Jakarta, recently.

About his achievements in 2023, El Rumi feels grateful because many targets have been achieved, including releasing a single with the band The Lucky Laki and winning a boxing match against Jefri Nichol.

“Yes, this year, Alhamdulillah, many goals have been achieved, The Lucky Laki released a single and won a boxing match, there are various things. Hopefully, in 2024, it can be even better,” he said.

2. Resolution for 2024: Want to Return to Music

He also hopes to become a better person next year. El Rumi has also planned what he will do in 2024, one of which is to return to focusing on music.
