El Rumi's First Umrah Portrait, Gets Hotel Room with Madinah View - Nervous but Happy

El Rumi is currently performing umrah with his close family members. The presence of Maia Estianty, Irwan Mussry, Al Ghazali, and Alyssa Daguise makes this journey feel different. Family togetherness is an important part of this umrah moment.

This umrah is the first for El Rumi. He admits to feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness because it is his first time going to the Holy Land. “The feeling is happy and also nervous because it’s my first time going for umrah, so it’s quite nerve-wracking,” said El.

Although he felt nervous at times, El Rumi felt calmer because he was accompanied by his family. He mentioned that this togetherness made him more prepared to perform the worship. “But thankfully, alhamdulillah, I’m accompanied by mom, dad, brother Al, and sister Alyssa,” El expressed.

Behind the happiness, El Rumi also harbors a feeling of sadness. His younger brother, Dul Jaelani, could not join this umrah trip. Dul's absence made the family moment feel less complete. “But fortunately, thank God, I was accompanied by mom, dad, brother Al, and sister Alyssa,” said El.

Upon arriving in Medina, El Rumi had an unexpected experience. He actually got a hotel room with a direct view of the Nabawi Mosque. This experience made him very grateful. “Alhamdulillah, for the first time in Medina, I immediately got an experience that is truly amazing, having a view of the Nabawi Mosque, alhamdulillah,” El expressed.

El Rumi also shared his first impression of daily life in Medina. He felt the peaceful and calming atmosphere of the city.

The comfort was further enhanced by the strategic location of the hotel and the condition of the Nabawi Mosque. “I always feel that the city is peaceful and alhamdulillah I got a very nice hotel location, so it’s efficient,” said El.
