"Yesterday (he was questioned), for approximately 8 hours," said Jaswin Damanik, Ello's lawyer when contacted by phone on Wednesday (15/1) afternoon.
According to Jaswin, in the interrogation Ello sat as a witness. It was revealed that Ello knew about MeMiles from Youtube. "Basically, Ello is just a witness, but PT Kam and Kam joined the application, right? He (Ello) is indeed a member, but he found out about it from Youtube, then he found out about the advertisement," he said.
Upon knowing about the advertisement, Ello became interested and made a top up of Rp13 million. "Then someone received a prize, he got interested and joined, he made a top up. The first top up was Rp13 million, and he got a Mercedes, the event was held at Istora Senayan," said Jaswin.
The name MeMiles has become popular lately. But who would have thought that Ello has been a member since August last year and has already received a car. "Since August and the handover of the Mercedes last December," said Jaswin.
Yup, the car has attracted public attention. Now, after the investigation, Ello doesn't mind if the car is used as evidence. "Well, if that's the law, then we have no choice," added Jaswin.
